Vil I besøge 8TALLET og få et indblik i arkitekturen og hvordan livet er som beboer, bedes I booke en guidet rundvisning. På den måde kan I se og opleve vores unikke bygning med en lokal guide, som selv bor i 8TALLET.

Vil I opleve vores bygning indefra, så book venligst i så god tid som muligt, da alle guider er frivillige beboere og det kan tage lidt tid at finde en guide til jeres rundvisning. Rundvisningerne kan finde sted alle hverdage, men ikke i weekender og helligdage. En rundvisning tager cirka en time.

Prisen for guidede tur er: 

• Rundvisninger for 1-9 personer koster 750 kr
• Rundvisninger for 10-15 personer koster 900 kr
• Rundvisninger for 16-30 personer, kræver to guider, og prisen er derfor 1800 kr

I kan betale kontant eller via Mobilepay. Vi fremsender en kvittering for betaling.

Vores guidede rundvisninger henvender sig både til professionelle og andre interesserede i 8TALLET, vores unikke arkitektur, naturen udenfor og i Ørestad. På turen bliver I introduceret til 8TALLET særpræg og livet i bygningen.

Rundvisningen foregår på dansk eller engelsk. Nogle guider kan tilbyde andre sprog, men skriv venligst fortrukne sprog på forhånd. 

Ønsker I at booke en rundvisning, så brug formularen i menuen "Book a Tour". Vi svarer indenfor en uge på henvendelser og om muligt hurtigere. 

Bemærk venligst vi vil kræve det fulde beløb i tilfælde af aflysninger mindre end 48 timer før eller ved manglende fremmøde. Aflysninger skal altid ske ved at skrive til [email protected].

Vi ønsker at vise vores smukke og anderledes bygning frem for besøgende, men beder om at gæster respekterer vores privatliv. Derfor beder vi alle besøgende om følgende: 

• Bygning er kun åben i hverdage fra 10 til 16 for grupper færre end seks personer. For alle grupper på seks personer og flere, samt alle kommercielle ture og grupper, skal der bookes en rundvisning. Der er ikke adgang i weekender og helligdage.
• Rundvisningerne er på eget ansvar og er ikke velegnet til deltagere med gangbesvær, da vi går rundt i bygningen.
• Du er velkommen til at tage billeder af udsigten og bygningens arkitektur, men der må ikke tages billeder ind i vores private hjem. Ej heller som baggrund til “selfies” eller andet.
• Hold venligst samtaler på et lavt og hensynsfuldt niveau.
• Terrasserne er private, så der er ingen adgang.
• Husk venligt på at bygningen er en privat beboelsesejendom. Det betyder I ikke må stirre ind i de private hjem eller stoppe op foran de private terrasser.
• Der må ikke cykles eller køres på Segways og elektriske løbehjul på de indre stier.

DEAR VISITORS

If you would like to get a closer look at the building, and thereby gain insight into the architecture and the day-to-day life of the residents, you need to book a guided tour at 8TALLET (the 8HOUSE). Then you will see our building with a local tour guide living in 8TALLET. 

Tours are available Mondays to Fridays, but not on weekends and public holidays.

Please book as soon as possible as all our guides are volunteers only. The guided tours are for both professionals and other interested visitors. A tour takes approximately one hour. Here you will be introduced to the architecture and learn more about how it is living in our building.

The tours are conducted in Danish or English, but several of our guides are also able to offer tours in other languages such as German, French, Spanish and Russian. Please let us know if you have specific requests.

The price for a tour is as follows:

• Tours with 1-9 participants 750 DKK
• Tours with 10-15 participants 900 DKK
• Tours with 16-30 participants require two guides and the price is therefore 1800 DKK

Please notice that we will ask for the full amount in case of cancelation less than two days before the visit or in the event of no-show. Any cancellation must always be done in writing to [email protected] and your guide.

We love to show our beautiful building, but we kindly request visitors to respect the privacy of our residents, follow our house rules:

• Large groups (6 people and more) and all commercial guided groups need to book a tour to see the building. For groups less than 6 people, visiting hours are restricted to weekdays 10.00 – 16.00 (10 AM to 4 PM). No visits at weekends or public holidays
• The tours are at your own risk, and not for people with walking disabilities
• Feel free to take pictures of the scenic view and the architecture, but please don’t take pictures into our private homes (this includes backdrops for ‘selfies’)
• Please avoid loud conversations when you walk on the paths
• It is not allowed to enter the private terraces
• Please keep in mind this is a residential area and do not stare into the homes
• All use of bicycles, seaways or electrical scooters on the paths are not permitted
